We build real tools For people doing real work.

warre & vavasour is a full-service AI lab for Canadian trades and suppliers. We find the public work, read the tender package, and build the business plan around the project with you. Then we install the tools in your office and keep them running every month.

With an AI Terminal we keep going after step 3: when a project is worth chasing, we build the business plan around it with you, covering what it takes to win the work, deliver it and make money on it.

03Where your information goes

Built in Canada. Here is exactly what runs where.

Search, deadlines and briefs run on Google Cloud in Montréal and need no AI model. Tender documents you open with Pro go to a temporary E2B sandbox and to Cohere, a Canadian model company, which turns them into text and reviews them; both may process outside Canada. On an AI Terminal, your files and projects are stored on the device in your office, and leave it only as text a tool sends to a model provider you agreed to.

Some services we rely on, including hosting, payments, sign-in and analytics, may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. We name each one, say which are optional, and keep what works today separate from what we are still working toward.

04For AI agents

Your assistant can use workspaceAlberta from this page.

WebMCP browser tools

Checking browser support

In a supported browser agent, this page publishes five live, read-only workspaceAlberta tools. Their descriptions and input schemas come directly from the same server used by MCP clients.

  • search_opportunities Search CanadaBuys and Alberta Purchasing Connection together.
  • get_opportunity_details Inspect one federal or Alberta posting by reference number.
  • list_deadlines Find public opportunities that are closing soon.
  • find_matching_opportunities Rank live work against a business description and capabilities.
  • daily_bid_brief Build a short owner/operator brief from current opportunities.

These tools can search and explain; they cannot bid, buy, submit, or change anything. Always verify the original tender posting.
